Right length
A standard retractable dog leash can have a length of anywhere between 1.5m to 7.5m, making it sufficient for almost any dog. Choosing the right length according to the dog's body type, will ensure his freedom and security.

Non-slip handle
If the customer is the adventurous type that likes taking their dog on long excursions or just running. They must ensure that the leash comes with a comfortable and non-slip handle to prevent slipping away from sweaty palms. Likewise, it is vital to make sure that the handle is sturdy enough for correct control over a heavier dog without breaking it. We adopt ABS, PP, and TPE materials for our non-slip handles. These have good performances in anti-impact and durability.

Quality belt material
As nylon belts feature sturdiness, persistence, wear-proof, comfort, low-cost, and efficiency, it has always been the best selection for dog leashes.

Reflective component
A dog leash with a reflective component can be practical when walking a dog at night-time. It helps keep the dog safe and to keep track of them quicker, when in free movement.

Also, we hold 10-year experience in dog leashes, enabling us to produce stylish, high-quality leashes, securing our product's accessibility among customers all around the world.

Product design
Our R&D team licensed in designing pet leashes. They are experts in three-dimensional software and structural design of injection mold. They are in charge of customizing assorted leashes according to the costumer's specific needs.

Mold making ability
In 2004, we acquired a complete set of production equipment covering two milling machines, one grinding machine, one large and three commonly used drilling machines, and four-wire cutting machines. We also employed an adept mold-making team that focuses on studying mold structure to improve our mold-making ability continually. We can produce both the single-color and high-precision double-color injection molds.

Injection molding workshop
For better dog leash appearance and interior structure, we removed the outdated equipment and purchased one high-speed single-color and five double-color injection molding machines in 2013, ensuring our dog leashes with a better composure. Then, later in 2014, we purchased a double-color injection molding machine with a high-grade performance. The product installation is available in two colors at a time, making it very competitive in the market.

Assembly line
Currently, the assembling production line has completely replaced manual production. Thus, achieving control of all the vital production steps, guaranteeing choicer quality management.

Our workers perform training every morning before work.
They are trained for requirements and operational methods of each production step to ensure their skills in production. In our production area, the ground, the working table must be clean and tidy, and all parts placed at a specified region without mixing.
Specific inspection standards are set on each production step, so if there are any problems in the inspection process, the products will be sent back to the relevant station for rework.

Packing line
Considering materials factors, we separate the assembly and packing line. In May 2014, we added a packing line and arranged the prior packing process into several steps. Each step matches a station. This new packing station has completely changed the old way of “One person for the whole packing process”. This avoids obstacles in the production process.

Product test
The spring serves as an essential component of dog leashes. Therefore, we have a fault check on them to make sure that they have good execution in stock.

We use materials with tension of 65Mn and a spring fatigue test-measure, not lower than 10,000 times before. These are cost-effective but were not entirely stable in quality and elasticity.

To ensure dog leashes condition, we now adopt stainless steel spring, which is made in Japan, but forged and stretched in China. It features good performance and stable quality, with the spring fatigue test now not lower than 30,000 times, and it will not break even when it exceeds its burnout time.

1. We provide OEM and ODM services:

OEM: When you choose any of our products, we will start mass production by following samples, with your logo being either customized or labeled upon.

(We can also customize your desired leashes following a sketch. )

ODM: Our R&D team and designers will customize the most suited leashes. Following the design, we will provide a prototype for 3D printing. If you are satisfied with our design, then we can start the mold-making and production process.

4. We are at your services. Usually, we reply to you within two hours. If any inconvenience surge, we might respond to you later, but we will always do our best to respond in no more than 12 hours, after consulting with the appropriate departments (such as the engineering department).

5. Providing you with fittest dog leashes is always our pursuit. We have skillful QCs with regular training every week. They do IQC inspection and select materials for dog leashes carefully. Also, they monitor production process of each production line and inspect all our finished products.

6. Finally, our QA will do a spot check on our merchandise before delivery.
